Three Finalists Announced

The Youth Advisory Delegates to the 218th General Assembly have now determined the three finalists in the Youth Video Challenge. The Presbyterian Foundation will establish a $25,000 endowment fund to support youth ministries at these three churches. 
We extend our congratulations to the youth groups at: 
  • Elmwood Presbyterian Church, East Orange, NJ - I'll Be Good
  • Central Presbyterian Church, Lafayette, IN - 29,000 a Day 
  • Emmanuel Presbyterian Church, Long Beach, CA - Coming Home

Thanks to all those who have participated in the 2008 Youth Video Challenge! Because of your responses, creativity and enthusiasm for this initiative, we are planning to offer a new challenge for 2009.

We appreciate all the comments concerning the Youth Video Challenge. With this first attempt at this initiative, we feel the overall experience has been overwhelmingly positive. We are planning a new initiative for 2009.
